On November 22, 2022 (first hearing date) the applicant requested and was granted a postponement to a date certain of January 10, 2023

On January 10, 2023 Planning Commission hearing was continued to a date certain of 2/14/2023

On February 14, 2023, Planning Commission hearing was continued to a date certain of 2/28/2023

On February 28, 2023, Planning Commission hearing was continued to a date certain of 3/14/2023

On March 14, 2023, Planning Commission hearing was continued to a date certain of 4/25/2023 

On April 25, 2023, the Planning Commission meeting was held and then closed the written record was left open with deliberations to be held on May 23, 2023 at 5:30 pm.

On May 23, 2023, the Planning Commission meeting was held and deliberations held with the meeting being continued until June 13, 2023 for continued deliberations and proposed Resolution reviewed.

On June 13, 2023 the Planning Commission meeting was held and deliberations being held a decision was reached and Notice of Decision was mailed on June 14, 2023.
