AR 23 03 VEG 03 - Rhododendron Dr. Marine Manor Lots 1&2 Vegetation Clearing
An application submitted by Cody Johnson, on behalf of Wayne Myers, for vegetation clearing for a proposed single-family dwelling in the Marine Manor Subdivision. The proposed clearing site is located on Assessors Map #18-12-55-23, #18-12-22-23, Tax Lots 01300 and 01400. The subject property is within the Medium Density District and is regulated by Florence City Code Title 10, Chapter 10. A permit is needed because there is no building permit application and the soils map indicates a presence of steep grades.
