Contact local caseworker or Kristine Sirmans at 902-9430 x7830. Request a 24 hour notice or by 9:00 am of the day of your appointment to get preauthorization. Although, it is wise to call or fax as soon as the appointment is made because same day preauthorization is not guaranteed.

Tickets can be purchased from the driver, but 48 hour advance call is needed for a wheel chair van.
Stops at the Greyhound Bus Depot and Amtrak Station in Eugene. Connections to Bend for Boise.
