AR 24 01 VEG 01 – Vegetation Clearing Lot 1100 - 35th Street - Johnson

A Vegetation Clearing Permit application has been submitted by Mike Johnson, of William Johnson Construction, to request approval for vegetation clearing on an ~1.46 acre portion of Assessor’s Map 18-12-22-11, Tax Lot 01100.  This site is located to the southwest of the site approved for the Myrtle Glen Subdivision and requests approval in order to clear a 30 foot wide haul route and borrow site for collecting required fill material for the PUD and states existing vegetation outside the work zone will be preserved.  This site is located approximately 800 feet west of the 35^th Street and Oak Street intersection on the north side of 35^th Street.
