Opportunity to Recycle

Oregon State Law (ORS 90.318) and Florence City Code (FCC 9.4.6.1) require landlords of multi-family housing to provide tenants with the opportunity to recycle as well as periodically providing education on properly recycling.

Below, multi-family housing landlords and property managers can download the materials to distribute when necessary as either flyers or the graphics to create door hangers.
