Planning Division
Welcome to the City of Florence Planning Department. The Planning Department is responsible for review and approval of development and re-development proposals by implementing the City of Florence's Land Use Codes, Comprehensive Plan, and other related planning documents.
The City of Florence's Community Development department is open to the public. Please call or email our office if you have any questions related to development of your property, current land use applications, or general land use questions.
