Resolution PC 23 21 EAP 05 - Cannery Station Cottages Design Review Extension Request
NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
The City of Florence Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on October 24, 2023, at 5:30 p.m. in the City of Florence City Hall Chambers located at 250 Highway 101 to deliberate a request from Chuck McGlade, representing Cannery Station LLC, for a one-year extension to approval AR 21 20 DR 03 Cannery Station Design Review, of two attached transitional cottages on Lots 3 and 4 of the Cannery Station Planned Unit Development, on a 16.87-acre parcel located east of Highway 101 across from Fred Meyer, west of Florentine Estates, north of the Community Baptist Church, and south of Munsel Lake Road. Property is located at Map No. 18-12-14-20, Tax Lot 00700, in the North Commercial District regulated by Florence City Code Title 10, Chapter 30.
On October 24, 2023 the Florence Planning Commission granted a 1 year extension to Cannery Station for the the Design Review of the two attached transitional cottages on Lots 3 and 4. Extension was extended to 10/25/2025
