Resolution PC 25 06 DR 02 – C.R.O.W. Design Review
Request for Design Review approval to construct a 40-foot by 80-foot steel storage building with associated site improvements to support the Children’s Repertory of Oregon Workshops (C.R.O.W.) performing arts facility. The site is located at 3120 Highway 101, Assessor’s Map 18-12-23-23, Tax Lot 03400, in the Highway District, regulated by FCC Title 10, Chapter 16.
Notice of this hearing has been mailed to the owners of record of all properties within 300 feet of the subject property, and the site has been posted with notice as required by City Code.
