Transportation System Plan, 2023
The City of Florence, in conjunction with the Oregon Department of Transportation (ODOT), initiated an update of the urban area's Transportation System Plan (TSP) in 2022. This plan is intended to guide the management and implementation of the transportation facilities, policies, and programs, within the urban area over the next 20 years. This represents the vision of the City as it relates to the future of the transportation system while remaining consistent with state and other local plans and policies. The plan also provides for the necessary elements for adoption by the governing bodies into the City's Comprehensive Plan.
