Anne Baker

The Administrative Services Director serves under the direction of the City Manager and is responsible for planning, organizing, and supervising the operations and staff of the City’s Administrative Services Department.  The Administrative Services Department includes the functions of Municipal Court, Utility Billing/Customer Service, Finance, Human Resources, and Information Technology.

Duties of the Administrative Services Director include:

Lezlea Purcell

The Finance Manager is responsible for managing and directing the activities of the City’s Finance Department, which is accountable for performing centralized and decentralized professional accounting operations and reporting all City financial transactions, activities, and funds.

The Information Technology Manager plans, directs and oversees the City’s Information Technology (IT) Department.  This position supports the IT systems supporting City business needs across the organization.

Sarah Prien - Court Administrator

The Court Administrator plans, directs, and supervises the activities and operations of the Municipal Court.  This position coordinates the operation of the Municipal Court with the Presiding Judge.

The Accounting Clerk II in the Finance Department performs technical bookkeeping and accounting duties along with complex clerical and administrative functions in accounts payable, payroll, and capital assets.

The Accounting Clerk I in the Finance Department performs a wide variety of complex clerical, administrative, and technical bookkeeping and accounting duties in preparing, processing, recording, reconciliation, and maintenance of financial accounts such as accounts receivable, collections, utility billing, and assessments.

The Office Assistant in the Finance Department is the primary administrative interface with the public.  This position responds to public requests for information and distributes information as requested by processing public inquires and complaints, researching and assembling information, and communicating with the public regarding City programs, policies, and procedures.
