Thank you for your application for an Accessory Dwelling Unit (ADU) located at 2260 11th Street, Assessor’s Map No. 18-12-26-31 Tax Lot 01802, zoned High-Density Residential, regulated by Florence City Code Title 10, Chapter 10.
After reviewing the submitted materials, the application was deemed complete as of June 16, 2025, for processing purposes.
A notice of pending land use decision will be provided to property owners within 100 feet of the subject property. Notice will also be posted at the proposed site for a 14-day period. A notice of decision will be prepared and mailed to you with a copy of applicable documents and conditions of approval.
