PC 25 19 CUP 05 – Florence Elks Lodge No. 1858 Temporary Storage Pods
Request for a Conditional Use Permit to allow temporary placement of two metal storage pods (approximately 40 feet long × 8 feet wide × 8 feet 6 inches tall each) serving as dry storage for the Florence Elks Lodge No. 1858. The site is located at 1686 12th Street, Assessor’s Map 18-12-26-32, Tax Lot 02200 (Tax Account #0794527), in the Commercial District (FCC Title 10, Chapter 15).
Notice of this hearing has been mailed to the owners of record of all properties within 300 feet of the subject property, and the site has been posted with notice as required by City Code.
