• DECISION:
  On August 1, 2022, the Florence City Council approved Ordinance No. 7 and Ordinance No. 8, Series 2022, affirming the Planning Commission’s recommendation for approval of annexation of territory owned by the petitioners into the City of Florence and approved the zoning of the properties as Service Industrial for all lands. The City Council’s decision and findings may be obtained for a fee,  or reviewed on the City of Florence website (www.ci.florence.or.us) or reviewed at the Community Development Department, City Hall, 250 Hwy 101, Florence, OR 97439, by appointment (call 541-997-8237).
  LOCATION:
  Map #18-12-11-33, Tax Lot 00800.  The property is located approximately 319 feet SE of the intersection at Highway 101 and Heceta Beach Road.
