NOTICE OF LAND USE APPLICATION FOR ADMINISTRATIVE STAFF REVIEW

A Vegetation Clearing Permit application has been submitted by Chris Sumpter, of Outerlimits Construction, on behalf of Raycen Rains, to request approval for vegetation clearing of small brushy materials on a portion of Assessor’s Map 18-12-22-43, Tax Lot 01400, on Kingwood Street, Pacific View Business Park regulated by Florence City Code Title 10, Chapter 28.  This site is located approximately 950 feet south of the 27^th Street and Kingwood intersection on the East side of Kingwood Street.
