AR 23 10 DR 01 - Landscape Modification Review - 1940 Hwy 101 Design Review For Remodel Of Vacant Restaurant Building to Starbucks With Dining Room And Drivethrough: Darren Dickerhoof of Dickerhoof Properties, submitted an Administrative Design Review Land Use Application AR 23 11 DR 02, for the remodel of an existing vacant restaurant property to a Starbucks that will include both a dining room and drive-thru. This design review will consist of a review of a major landscape modification. Design Review of the parking lot, exterior building, and lighting will be processed separately and in conjunction to this application.
