PC 25 09 EXT 01 Fairway Estates - Extension
NATURE OF REQUEST/NOTICING/APPLICABLE REVIEW CRITERIA
The Florence Planning Commission held a public hearing on July 8, 2025, at 5:30 p.m. in the City of Florence City Hall Chambers located at 250 Highway 101, Florence, OR 97439.
The Planning Commission deliberated a request by Jerry DeBriae for a one-year extension to the approval of PC 21 39 SUB 03 and PC 21 40 PUD 02 – a Tentative Subdivision and Preliminary Planned Unit Development for Fairway Estates Phases 2–4. This project pertains to a 10.36-acre property located 781 feet north of Tournament Drive, east of Rhododendron Drive and west of Florence Golf Links. The property is identified as Assessor’s Map 18-12-15-00, Tax Lot 01500, and is zoned Medium Density Residential regulated by Florence City Code Title 10, Chapter 10.
Resolution PC 25 09 EXT 01 – Fairway Estates Phases 2–4 P.U.D. & Subdivision Extension of One Year.
