NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
The Florence Planning Commission will hold a public hearing at 5:30 P.M. on April 26, 2022, in the City of Florence City Hall Chambers located at 250 Highway 101, to hear and consider the following matter:
RESOLUTION PC 22 06 CUP 01 – 1458 1St. Street – Homegrown Brewery
An application from Scott and Elaine McMillan, of Hg541 Brew, for a Conditional Use Permit and Design Review for manufacturing with related retail at 1458 1st Street, Assessor’s Map 18-12-34-11, Tax Lot 07200 within Old Town District Area A, regulated by Florence City Code Title 10, Chapter 17.
