Housing Rehabilitation Program
Has your home seen better days? St. Vincent de Paul Society of Lane County and the City of Florence have federal funds (through the Oregon Community Development Block Grant program) to repair homes in the Florence area!
If you own your home, or are currently buying a home, and make less than 80% of the area median income (see chart below - income limits updated May 2023), you may qualify for a loan to make important repairs to your home. The 80% Area Median Income (AMI) limits displayed in the table below have were updated in May of 2023 by U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development.
Loans are offered at 3% interest (1.149% APR) with no monthly payment until your home is sold or transfers ownership.
