Inspection Services/Right of Way Permits

APPLICATION FOR WORK IN RIGHT-OF-WAY

A right-of-way (ROW) work permit is required for any construction, maintenance, or other activity that temporarily occupies, disturbs, or impacts a public street, sidewalk, or other city right-of-way. This permit process ensures that all work is coordinated, safe, and consistent with city standards, thus protecting public infrastructure and minimizing disruption to traffic, utilities, and nearby properties. Whether you are installing utilities, repairing pavement, or staging materials in the public right-of-way, you must obtain a permit before work begins.
