NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
Notice is hereby given that the Florence Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on September 26, 2023, at 5:30 p.m. in the City of Florence City Hall Chambers to deliberate Resolution PC 23 21 EAP a request from Chuck McGlade, representing Cannery Station LLC, for a one-year extension to approval AR 21 20 DR 03 Cannery Station Design Review, of two attached transitional cottages on Lots 3 and 4 of the Cannery Station Planned Unit Development, on a 16.87-acre parcel located east of Highway 101 across from Fred Meyer, west of Florentine Estates, north of the Community Baptist Church, and south of Munsel Lake Road. Property is located at Map No. 18-12-14-20, Tax Lot 00700, in the North Commercial District regulated by Florence City Code Title 10, Chapter 30.
