COVID-19 Header

The City of Florence is committed to the safety and well-being of our community and staff. Below is some information about what the City is doing to address the concerns over COVID-19. This information and pertinent links can be found at www.ci.florence.or.us/covid19.

Lane County Public Health is our local health authority and the lead agency related to COVID-19, working closely with the Oregon Health Authority. Please visit their website at www.lanecounty.org/coronavirus for updated information on the following:

  • Current Vaccine Status
  • County Risk Level
  • Daily Lane County Public Health Summary
  • All Lane County Data Related to COVID-19

While the City of Florence is coordinating with Lane County and Lane County Public Health, we are not a health authority nor do we have medical professionals on staff. The City is working to share information from Lane County and the State of Oregon, but is not the decision maker related to public health or vaccine priority and/or distribution.
