Neighborhood Watch
The Florence Police Department is happy to offer resources and information regarding starting or maintaining Neighborhood Watch programs.
Neighborhood Watch is a nationally recognized program, that can provide many benefits to the community. By increasing "neighborhood policing", it makes you and your neighbors a less desirable target to criminals, and the only cost is time and commitment on your part. Anyone can participate, from senior citizens to children!
There are several area Neighborhood Watch programs operating already in Florence. If you are unsure if there is a program in place in your neighborhood, or would like information about starting a new program, feel free to contact us!
Auxiliary Officer Lance Courtney is the Neighborhood Watch Program Coordinator within the Florence Police Department, and he can be reached vie email here.
