The City of Florence is recruiting for a highly skilled Administrative Assistant for the Police Department. This confidential job requires significant composition abilities and works closely with the Police Chief on a wide range of administrative responsibilities. These include maintaining internal records, monitoring expenditures, preparing grant requests and reports, recording and drafting meeting minutes, and screening telephone calls. Advanced knowledge of English, Microsoft office programs, and general office procedures needed. A complete background check is required. The current pay is $14.64-$23.85 per hour DOQ.
