Project Description:
The City of Florence Public Works Buildings project located in Florence, Oregon consists of two buildings; a 5,942 sf Office Building and a 7,754 sf Maintenance Building.

Additional Description:
The Office Building will be 1-story, Type 5-B construction, non-sprinklered. The Maintenance Building will be 1-story, Type 5-B construction, sprinklered. The Work will include The Work includes the furnishing of labor, materials, and equipment for the construction of all work as described in the Drawings and Project Manual including, but not limited to general construction, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, fire protection systems, installation of all owner furnished/contractor installed items, and final connection of all equipment.
