Request for Formal Bid
The City of Florence Police Department is requesting formal bids for the purchase of two (2) new Ford Police Interceptor Utility AWD V6 with Eco Boost. These vehicles will be fully equipped and warranted upon delivery. The minimum vehicle specifications shall be included in this form.
The bids will meet or exceed all specifications listed. Questions on substitutions and/or articles to be omitted shall be directed to Lt. John Pitcher at the Florence Police Department, john.pitcher@ci.florence.or.us.
The bid award shall be based upon competitive bidding and awarded to the lowest responsible bidder that includes the required specifications. The bid shall include a specifications sheet indicating vehicle equipment, warranty information and available de livery date.
The City of Florence reserves the right to reject any bid not in compliance with all prescribed public bidding procedures and requirements, and may reject for good cause any or all bids upon findings if it is in the public interest to do so. The City reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids and to waive minor formalities.
