Notice of Potential Ordinance Passage
On September 17, 2018, the City of Florence City Council will review and consider an ordinance concerning the following…
Ordinance No. 12, Series 2018 – An Ordinance amending Florence City Code Title 6, Chapter 1 Section 2-4 regarding nuisance lodging and camping, and declaring an emergency.
This notice serves as official publication of the availability of the ordinance. The full text of this Ordinance is available in the link below, or may be inspected at the Florence Public Works Facility, 2675 Kingwood Street, Florence, Oregon during regular business hours.
Persons wishing to address the City Council should complete a speaker’s card available by clicking here, or at the meeting. Speaker’s cards are due at least five (5) minutes before the meeting. Comments on action items will be limited to three (3) minutes per person. If you wish to submit comments in writing prior to the Council’s meeting on September 17th, you may submit them to City Recorder, 250 Highway 101, Florence, OR 97439, or via email here.
