Notice of Potential Ordinance Adoption
On June 17, 2019, the City of Florence City Council will review and consider an ordinance concerning the following…
Ordinance No. 6, Series 2019 – An Ordinance amending Florence City Code Title 9, Chapter 1 extending the timeline for waivers and/or deferrals of the collection of certain system development charges in order to encourage development of affordable housing, and declaring an emergency.
This notice serves as official publication of the availability of the ordinance. The full text of the Ordinance is, available in the link below, or may be inspected at Florence City Hall, 250 Hwy 101, Florence, Oregon during regular business hours.
Persons wishing to address the City Council should complete a speaker’s card available online, or at the meeting. Speaker’s cards are due at least five (5) minutes before the meeting. Comments on action items will be limited to three (3) minutes per person. If you wish to submit comments in writing prior to the Council’s meeting on June 17th, you may submit them to City Recorder, 250 Highway 101, Florence, OR 97439, or via email at kelli.weese@ci.florence.or.us.
