SOLICITATION FOR WRITTEN PROPOSALS

Professional Services Firm for

Classification/Total Compensation Study

Proposals Due by 2:00 p.m. (PST), February 12, 2021

 

Pursuant to City of Florence Public Contracting Rule E-17, the City of Florence (City), Oregon, is soliciting written proposals from experienced professional firms for personal services consisting of a classification and compensation study. The City is seeking one firm to concurrently complete both aspects of this project.

Consultants responding to this solicitation do so solely at their expense. The full solicitation can be downloaded from the City of Florence website at https://www.ci.florence.or.us/rfps. In response to the COVID-19 virus, printed copies will not be provided.

For questions or clarifications regarding the technical or procurement aspects of this solicitation, contact Alex Ferguson, HR Manager at hr@ci.florence.or.us. All questions or requests for clarification must be submitted by February 5, 2021 @ 2:00 p.m.

Prospective Proposers List

If you would like to be added to the Prospective Proposers List, please contact Alex Ferguson, HR Manager at hr@ci.florence.or.us with a valid email address. Responses to written questions or requests for clarifications will be sent to all parties on the Prospective Proposers List.

Submitting Proposals

Proposals shall be submitted to the following email hr@ci.florence.or.us, not later than 2:00 p.m., (Pacific Time), February 12, 2021. Proposals will be considered time-stamped and received by the City when received in the HR email inbox based upon the server’s date/time. The email subject line shall include the project name as follows: “Classification/Total Compensation Study Proposal”.

The City may reject any proposal not in compliance with all prescribed solicitation procedures and requirements and other applicable law, and may reject any or all proposals in whole or in part when the cancellation or rejection is in the best interest of the City, and at no cost to the City.
