3.  PUBLIC COMMENTS

This is an opportunity for members of the audience to bring to the Planning Commission’s attention any items NOT otherwise listed on the agenda. Comments will be limited to 3 minutes per person, with a maximum time of 15 minutes for all items.

PUBLIC HEARINGS:

4.  Evans Dog Boarding – Resolution PC 14 03 CUP 03:  Toni and Charles Evans have applied for a conditional use permit and design review for conversion of an existing residence to a dog boarding business located at 4390 Highway 101.  The applicant proposes to add parallel parking to the site and add fencing around the building for the purposes of the business.

5.  ODOT Temporary Trailer – Resolution PC 14 04 CUP 04: Steve Templin of ODOT has applied for approval of a conditional use permit for a temporary mobile building placed at the Florence ODOT Maintenance Yard located at 1850 15th Street.  The building will serve as a central worksite for ODOT staff for several projects in the area through the end of 2016.
