2. Approval of the Minutes: Consider approval of the Audit Committee meeting minutes of October 18, 2012.

3. Public Comments This is an opportunity for members of the audience to bring to the Florence Audit Committee’s attention any item not otherwise listed on the Agenda. Comments will be limited to a maximum time of 10 minutes for all.

4. City of Florence and Florence Urban Renewal Agency (FURA) – June 30, 2012 FINANCIAL & FEDERAL AUDIT RESULTS

     a. Auditor to report via executive summary the results of the audit.

     b. Review the Auditor Communications as required by state and federal regulations.

     c. Examine and understand the City and FURA’s financial statements.

     d. Answer questions the committee members may have of the audit process and results.
