2. Approval of the Minutes: Consider approval of the Audit Committee meeting minutes of November 7, 2011.

3. Public Comments This is an opportunity for members of the audience to bring to the Florence Audit Committee’s attention any item not otherwise listed on the Agenda. Comments will be limited to a maximum time of 10 minutes for all.

4. CITY OF FLORENCE – June 30, 2011 FINANCIAL & FEDERAL AUDIT RESULTS

  • a. Review the Auditor Communications as required by state and federal regulations.
  • b. Examine and understand the City’s financial statements.
  • c. Answer questions the committee members may have of the audit process and results.

5. URBAN RENEWAL – June 30, 2011 FINANCIAL AUDIT RESULTS

  • a. Review the Auditor Communications as required by state and federal regulations.
  • b. Examine and understand the Agency’s financial statements.
