2. Public Comments This is an opportunity for members of the audience to bring to the Florence Audit Committee’s attention any item not otherwise listed on the Agenda. Comments will be limited to a maximum time of 10 minutes for all.

3. FINANCIAL AUDIT RESULTS – Reported by Isler CPA Audit Partner Paul Nielson

     a. Auditor Presentation: The results of the June 30, 2013 audit.

     b. Review the Auditor Communications as required by Audit Standards and State Regulations.

     c. Examine and understand the City and FURA’s financial statements for June 30, 2013.

     d. Answer questions the committee members may have of the audit process and results.
