Mission Statement of the Florence Municipal Court
The mission of the Florence Municipal Court is to ensure that each person accused of a violation or crime be guaranteed and provided all the constitutional rights they are entitled to. That each person is afforded a fair and speedy judicial process in such a manner that it preserves both the integrity and rights of the defendant, as well as the citizens of the City of Florence and the Court.
