Court Administrator Kim Tidball

Kim Tidball was hired as a court clerk for the Florence Municipal Court on September 10, 1990. In 2009 the city created a new position in the court of court administrator and Kim was promoted to fill that position. Prior to working for the court Kim worked as a 911 dispatcher for Florence and Junction City Police Departments.  Kim has been a member of Oregon Association of Court Administrators since 1991 and held the position of Director of Certification for three years. Kim has completed the 300 hours of education required with the association to gain the “Professional Court Leader Certificate”. Through OACA Kim was also able to complete a newly offered five year education program with Michigan State University and was second in the state to earn certification in the Judicial Administration Program. Kim feels privileged to have worked with the Honorable Richard B. Brissenden for over 17 years.
