3. PUBLIC COMMENTS
This is an opportunity for members of the audience to bring to the Planning Commission’s attention any items NOT otherwise listed on the agenda. Comments will be limited to 3 minutes per person, with a maximum time of 15 minutes for all items.

4. PUBLIC HEARING on RESOLUTION PC 12 03 CUP 02 (continued from April 24)
An application from Central Lincoln Public Utility District for a conditional use permit to keep
the temporary building located at 966 Highway 101.
Please see the staff report and exhibits provided in the April 24 agenda packet.

5. PRIORITIZE THE TRANSPORTATION IMPROVEMENT PROJECTS
The Planning Commission review the project priorities listed in Section 10 of the Draft Transportation System Plan. As the Commission has closed the public hearing for this item, there will not be any additional testimony taken at this meeting. However, the public will have an opportunity to comment on the Commission’s recommendations when the City Council holds a public hearing on the Draft Transportation System Plan.
