3. PUBLIC COMMENTS: This is an opportunity for members of the audience to bring to the
Planning Commission’s attention any items NOT otherwise listed on the agenda. Comments will be
limited to 3 minutes per person, with a maximum time of 15 minutes for all items.
4. ACTION ITEM: Approve Resolution PC 11 06 CPA 01 & PC 11 07 ZC 01 to initiate the
process for legislative amendments to the Florence Realization 2020 Comprehensive Plan, Florence
Stormwater Management Plan, and Florence City Code (FCC) Titles 9, 10, and 11 for consistency
with the Florence Stormwater Design Manual
