Pacific View Business Park
The City of Florence welcomes your interest in our business park!
The Pacific View Business Park provides space for offices, service businesses, light manufacturing, research and development facilities, assembly, packaging, warehousing, and supporting uses. We hope that by making prime land available for development, Florence will attract living-wage jobs to serve families in the community.
The Business Park is within Florence's Enterprise Zone, making tax exemptions available to eligible developments.
