This is an opportunity for members of the audience to bring to the Planning Commission’s attention any items NOT otherwise listed on the agenda. Comments will be limited to 3 minutes per person, with a maximum time of 15 minutes for all items.

RESOLUTION PC 15 20 TA 02 – Ministerial Code Changes: Proposed City-initiated changes to Florence City Code Title 10 including the addition of a ministerial process, restructuring code to Type I - IV procedure, updates to fence code, Commercial Dist. uses, Marijuana buffering, Water-Dependent use applicable date, Land Use Definitions, Mainstreet Dist. lot/yard descriptions, and Mobile Home code consolidation.
