Utility Bill Payment Options

Announcing the easiest way

to pay your utility bill!

Our new online bill pay option saves you time and gives you more flexibility in how you pay your City utility bill. If you have received at least one bill from the City and have an Internet connection and an e-mail address, you can now pay your bill online. It’s fast, it’s easy, and you no longer have to write a check each month or a stamp when it’s time to send in your payment.

The City has teamed up with Xpress Bill Pay, a premier provider for online bill pay systems, to bring the customers of the City of Florence a new and convenient way to pay your bill.  When you sign up for online bill pay you create a unique password that you use to access your personal account every month at www.XpressBillPay.com

Once you have signed up, Xpress Bill Pay will send a reminder e-mail to let you know when your bill is online. Then, just log in through your web browser and view your bill, which will look like the paper statement you are familiar with.  Then select a payment type - credit card, debit card, or electronic funds transfer from your personal or business account - enter the information, and you’re done!
