ANY RETURNED/CANCELED PAYMENTS WILL AUTOMATICALLY MOVE LICENSE INTO A SUSPENDED STATUS AND INCUR AN ADDITIONAL NSF FEE OF $40.50 WHICH WILL BE REQUIRED TO BE PAID ALONG WITH THE ORIGINAL APPLICATION FEE IN ORDER TO REINSTATE LICENSE.
