FURA Budget Committee Meeting
Calendar Date:
On May 13, 2021 at 5:30 p.m. the Florence Urban Renewal Agency (FURA) Budget Committee will hold its meeting via videoconference. At the May 13, 2021 meeting, the FURA Budget Committee will hold its public hearing, hear presentations regarding the proposed budget, and consider approval of the Budget. Given COVID-19 restrictions, citizens will not be able to attend City meetings in person.

Drop off at City of Florence drop box located at Florence City Hall (250 Hwy 101) to the right of the main entrance.
**NOTE: Written comments received at least 2 hours prior to the start of the meeting (May 13, 2021 at 3:30 p.m.) will be distributed to the Budget Committee, posted to the City of Florence website, and made part of the meeting record.

Verbal Comments: Citizens wishing to express their views to the Florence Urban Renewal Agency Budget Committee may participate in the May 13, 2021 Budget Committee meeting during the public hearing agenda item. To do so, please complete a speaker's card at https://www.ci.florence.or.us/urbanrenewal/request-address-fura-budget-committee-speakers-card at least 1 hour prior to the start of the meeting (May 13, 2021 at 4:30 p.m.) If you do not have access to the internet, please contact Administrative Services Director Anne Baker via phone at 541-997-3436. Once a speaker's card is received, City staff will contact the speaker to let them know the process to participate in the meeting. In order to be contacted, parties must complete their contact information on the speaker's card.
The GotoWebinar platform allows parties to participate in the meeting online via video conference or offline via phone. If at all possible, and for a better user experience, citizens are encouraged to participate in the meeting online.
