Florence Airport DBE Goal
The City of Florence, owner of Florence Municipal Airport, has established a Disadvantaged
Business Enterprise (DBE) Program in accordance with regulations of the U.S. Department of
Transportation (DOT), 49 CFR Part 26. The City of Florence has received Federal financial
assistance from the Department of Transportation, and as a condition of receiving this
assistance, the City of Florence has signed an assurance that it will comply with 49 CFR Part 26
(hereafter referred to as “Part 26”).
For fiscal year 2021, 2022, and 2023 a goal of 1.6% for Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) airport construction contracts.
