Land Use Code Amendments Worksession
The Council will hold a worksession to review proposed Land Use Code amendments to Title 10, Chapters 1, 2, 4, 5, 6, 8, 15, 16, 17, 18, 19, 22, 23, 25, 27, 30, 31, 34, 35, and 36. Proposed amendments concern HB 3516 Residential and Commercial Solar Bill, expansion of uses, extension of time frames, and improving process.
